Paul J. Williams is associate vice president of IS infrastructure technology at Penn Medicine, where he leads the strategic vision of all core infrastructure technologies and is responsible for directing several teams in support of daily operations. These teams include architecture and engineering for cloud services, enterprise compute, storage, networking and telecommunications, platform engineering, messaging and collaboration, high-performance computing, identity and access management as well as EHR infrastructure.
